We ended up returning these for the Orbi system which worked much better and was a better value when on sale.

    Large house - poor coverage

I read the online reviews and tried this product out, as we had a 4200 sq ft house with router / internet connection in the basement, and dead spots on the second floor. The mesh coverage was not adequate for the point furthest from the basement, which was a second story bedroom, on the opposite side of the house. Returned and tried out Google’s mesh product, which fit our needs and have had that since.

These worked fine but it didn't really give me the speed I was paying for. Returned for Google Wi-Fi. So far so good.

Had an airport time capsule. Replaced with eero. Same WiFi but no backup now. Seems a little less connective.

This has been terrible the entire time of owning it!!! Constantly Overheating! Terrible coverage and speeds. Glad I bought the geek squad protection plan - was able to return it and switch over to the Orbi WiFi 6 - which has been AMAZING!!!

These were great at first, but then internet constantly had issues. My network was deleted by a vengeful ex with the help of their customer service; somehow she called up and convinced them to give her access. I received no text, email or anything. Afterwards they would not even provide me further info, just let me re-instate my account and re-set up network including manual IP forwarding and reservations. I spent hours and days working with Eero for years trying to address constant speed issues where I'd not be able to open a website or app on my phone or PC with Eero showing 800+ mbps going into the router. Eventually I moved to Arris Mesh WiFi 6 and am much happier with them. Eero was bought by Amazon and their app is very easy to use, but the tech was lacking and customer support was disappointing.

When it works, it works great, but...

I’ve had problems with the eero system since day one. It was referred to me by a friend who has the mesh system and said it’s worked trouble free for the past 2 years, I wish I had this experience. The beacons will randomly disconnect from the eero and leave all of our devices hanging. I reach out to the support team only to be left out to dry, no response in over a week. Our cox modem/WiFi router was inadequate in coverage and I thought the eero system would fix it. I now don’t know what to do. Maybe it’s faulty hardware, I honestly don’t know. But what I do know is I spent $425 for something that has connection problems everyday.

...expected more for the $$$, Roku kept dropping in the Living Room and Bedroom - figured it was time for a new wireless as the one I had was about 10yrs old. Sales person seemed very knowledgeable and recommended this unit for my needs. Works OK, but I'm not seeing the speed increase I was expecting

I got a defective unit, and the company kept promising me a replacement if I would just jump through a few more ridiculous hoops. Note that I am a 20-year Network Engineer; The hoops were ridiculous. However, they claimed it was policy to be replaced. When we finally came to the last day of my return period, they had promised to replace the unit after one more ridiculous hoop... then they said "let us know when it happens again and we will investigate further". I missed my return window, got stuck with this expensive paperweight, AND I had to buy new wifi again under one month after buying this. i would NEVER recommend the products made and supported by these people. EVER!

Thought would help extend range to errors already have. Assumed this is a mesh system and that some could be hardwired. Assumed because that is what Best Buy told me. Shane on me for relying on Best Buy,
