Purchased 3 of these so far. The first was for our oldest daughter and son-in-law during the stay at home orders so we could see our new grandson. Easy setup and easy to use. We started out using our cell phone to connect their portal TV but then decided to purchase one for ourselves as well as our youngest daughter and son-in-law. Great way to stay in touch with family!

I really like this. My son got it for me last Christmas so we could stay in touch while he was away at school. I bought several for family to stay in touch. Unfortunately because of lack of internet, paranoia, and just lack of interest only 2 of my neices and a nephew kept theirs. I was really disappointed that we couldn't keep in touch.

Easy to install, would have been easier if HDMI cable came with it. Also needs a basic instruction manual. You're pretty much on your own and have to just play around and explore to figure out what all the buttons do. At the very least, they could have something available online that you could reference; otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Easy to set up but was unaware that for the price no HDMI was included. Fairly easy sign in and get it going. We have been have a lot of trouble connecting and making calls. Most of the time I have to reset it so it connects to make a call. The features are fun, especially having family in others states and now can have story time with our little boy.

Love this. Super convenient in video chatting with the parents

Yasss hands down the best interactive portal ever. I can read books with my grandbabies, We can take pics. Love it HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Really remind if the Jetsons. We can sit and chat in the comfort of our homes. Hands-free. We don't have to worry about calls on cells and babies dropping the phone.

Super useful for family calls i will recommend that for sure

The portal has been a lifeline between our kids and their grandparents during the pandemic. We bought one for our house and one for grandma and grandpa, it allowed us to spend Christmas together. Set up was pretty easy and it’s super user friendly for everyone, from our five year old to grandma and grandpa!

The Facebook Portal TV is a great device but it's all about getting it at the right price. My family and I don't have too many people we video chat with on Facebook but being able to do so on a TV is nice. It has a few apps on it as well but it's really for Facebook video chats. If you have a lot of people you video chat with on Facebook, this is amazing.

Best product for video calls on tv. Very good camera quality .

Purchased at my boss' direction for turning his office into a de facto conference room (with a 40" TV screen). Easy to set up and has some pretty cool camera features, including zoom to speaker, and speaker tracking (if you're pacing, while meeting).

The Facebook Portal TV has been such a great addition to our living room. It has allowed our daughter to have daily conversations with the rest of the family without having to huddle around a smartphone. We also love the Story Time feature on this device. Her Nana and Pop have fun reading her stories every evening before bed.

It's overall a very good device and it helps to connect through Whatsapp or Facebook messenger with family and friends. Only issue is outgoing voice is not very loud if we are sitting away from the TV/device.

If you spend time in front of the TV, this is better than the small portal devices. The built in apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime videos may make this the only streaming TV device you need however there are some apps it doesn't have.

This was a birthday present to me. I love it! I facebook portal with my granddaughter who does not live in the same city as myself so we connect weekly and its like we are in each other's living rooms. She is only 2 but she interacts with me and that is the best gift for me.

This item finally came back in stock. It was easy to install just plug in a HDMI (which I wished was forewarned when I purchased it as I had to make two trips) and a power cord, the TV automatically updates and download the contacts on messenger and WhatsApp. The calls are and pictures are clear and it zooms in to whoever is speaking.

I bought this as a Christmas Gift. One for me and one for my best friend. When connected and on correctly I can answer a call/video or ask Portal to make a call/video. The TV Portal makes it feel like they are in the room with you. Alexa can be a pain sometime. I like my Echo better for Alexa.
