We love this device so much we bought several as gifts! Packaging is nice and safe, set up is very easy! The best part is that you can see your family and friends on your big screen TV (our Grandmother loves the great visibility). The camera follows you in the room, the picture and voice quality is crystal clear. Very happy!

Bought a pair of these for my parents and myself who live far away. Super video quality with auto camera tracking. Can also call friends/family using FB messenger on their phones and multiple people on the same video call. Really like that there is a manual shutter for the camera and an indicator that the mic is on/off.

I got it delivered by best buy at discounted price and its an amazing product for video calling with family and friends when you are away and that is the only option to connect and feel like you are physically with them.

the best video calling for tv. my little one can see her grand parents on the big screen and interact with them.. what i noticed with little screen like phones and tablets, the kids dont like to talk . but with big screen.. they feel they are in same room and would talk as if they are in same room.

A bunch of my family and I got these to have video calls during the quarantine. Its really been great and makes it so easy because its on your TV and you don't have to hold or prop a phone or tablet. Wish you could stream more things together, can only watch fb watch at this time. All in all, glad we got them.

A great way to stay connected with family and friends

I bought this for my out of town family and my self. It is so fun looking at them on my TV set. I could spend all day just watching my grand kids. If you cannot be there in person, this is the next best thing. So glad I have it. This is so much better than trying to communicate via cell phone video chat, the screen is too small on my cell.

So we have 2 10” portal devices that we use all the time and decided to get this to have a big screen calling experience. It works great and is nice but have found that we almost never use it compared to the tablet and portal devices

Great purchase. I purchased this for my parents and they find it difficult to hold the phone while doing video calling. Installed it over their TV and now they can easily video call their friends and relatives. I will highly recommend this product

Found to be as advertised, great picture and features

Purchased for my dad in nursing home. He is not tech savi and suffers from dementia, however after setting up Facebook account and adding just us kids he is able to answer when we call. One thing that would be nice is after hanging up The tv does not go back to antenna tv, not a portal issue but a HDMI CES issue.

This has been a wonderful way to communicate with my sister in California and my niece in Idaho. It's like being in each other's front room. I plan to get one for each of my 4 adult children. Especially since this Covid-19 quarantine started we can see each other and have so much fun with some of the activities offered.

Use this more than I though I would. I use this for meetings, Zoom calls, and so the entire family can video chat with my daughter who is away at college. Great item. Bought one for my parents to use too.

If you do 1-1 conversations then not really helpgul. But if you have family conversations where you want all to see and talk to other person then this is good and saves lot of time. Easy to use and install.

Easy to set up and easy to install. Great for family’s who want to get together. I bought 4 for other family members and we all used it Christmas Day and watched the kids open gifts. Camera is very accurate and clear. Microphone works ok. You will need your own HDMI cable.

Video is better when you hardwire the connection. If calls go to long or you have many people join and leave, sometimes you need to restart your call to get better quality. Camera following is really impressive. Its a good video chat tool, and beats using phone or tablet.

Bought for grandparents since they have issues with trying to use FaceTime or other products to do video chat. Simple and hooks up to the TV. They can turn up the volume and only requires them to hit one button to connect. They are very happy with the product and have throughly enjoyed it.
