Nice way to be in contact with family and friends on a big screen. It makes you feel as if you are in the same location. Video picture is great1. Audio is satisfactory. It breaks up if too many people speak at the same time.

Picture and sound were very good. It took a couple of tries to connect my wifi and I don't know why that was. I bought this to chat with my family (gave them one for Christmas) and they were happy with it as well.

It’s a joy and fun to watch my 2.5 year old grandson. I’m in Texas and he is in Pennsylvania. The price of this so worth it. Not as expensive as I expected.

Make video chatting with family who live far almost like they are there with you. We have one, Kids each have one. Wife's sister in Greece has one. Works great and easy to use.

My first thought was how hard it was gonna be to connect but after looking at the device very simple. I'm loving communicating with the grandkids.

Is an excellent device for meeting with zoom on my big Tv screen. Also, We can use WhatsApp and iMessage for videoconference too.

I have both portals now buy the tv one is so much better, you can see more of te room and people in the room, Not just staring at a face, they can show you anything in the room the tv is in. I would diffently remmond this

I have a lot of family in Portugal and the only way to talk to them is through facebook and this facebook portal is awesome and its right on my huge flat screen tv!

Good but not great. Pros: Great for whatsapp call. Video quality is good. Cons: No live stream No video recording When calling, faces apper long distance . No option to disable AI cam.

While we are enjoying the product, it was primarily purchased to do natural, easy video calls to family & friends. It works best as a one to one device. Group calling is a little lacking.

If you need an easy to use video conference device where you want your parents to see their grand kids playing then this is the device. It’s not for everybody. If this fits your need you will love it.

I have not had the chance to use my product as of yet. I did hear that it truly worth the money. I can have Zoom chats with my family at one time.

Great Product Absolutely amazing video calling experiencing. My parents don't use Facebook much but with the product they can see most recent photos posted to Facebook automatically on the device.

Had 8 inch Portal but wanted to try Portal TV .Little hard to set up at first but once got it going it worked great. very very happy with purchase and use it quite often with great grand daughter.

Absolut game changer during the covid times. I've never been closer to family/ friends. The camera follows me anywhere in my room with ease. Amazing quality. Highly recommend this for everyone.

This portal was easy to set up and proved to deliver as expected. The price was reasonable and the ability to share family discussions with real time imaging has been well worth the expense.
