Easy to set up and use. My 15 month old never sits still so the camera that follows you works much better then a phone that you have to chase after her with.

Whatsapp vodro calling is great. Video abd voice clarity is better than what i was expecting

I don't really review but this one feels like an obligation at this point. You know I have little kids that enjoy talking to their grandparents that are far from us, hence I got this product. But my oh my, what a disaster of a product this has been! Where to start; Software; buggy as hell, it keeps crashing, I have often to put the account information as it looses, and everytime there is an update it keeps forever to install. Camera; it keep loosing focus and doesnt keep the pace of the movement. Remote; the worst, I have to pair it everytime I turn on and it takes forever to do so.

Good quality video, and love the fact that the kids can run around and the camera will follow them. No more running around with the phones or sitting at a tablet to video chat.

Excellent and we loved it so much. We don’t see any issues as of now. Good picture quality as well. WhatsApp and FB call quality is so good in our 82’ TV.

Its great to keep in touch on a much more personal level gas so many little features great for families during these times

I was able to use it with my TV to talk to family that are in Japan. It works best in a big screen

We are enjoying video chatting with our daughter who is studying abroad. Before, we would have to hold out the smartphone to capture my wife and I in the view screen. With this device, we can focus on our conversation without the arm cramps. One feature that is nice is that the camera pans and zooms based on movement and sound. However, our experience has been, if one person moves out of view, the camera will also pan, but cut out the stationary person. Eventually it figures out to zoom out to include both individuals. something we can live with, but definitely can be improved.

Bought Portal TV for myself to use with my daughter in California who has a Portal, was so pleased with the quality I bought a Portal TV for her.

Easy to install and use. But can’t make facetime. Only video call alowed are through messenger and watsapp

This portal was easy to set up! If I can do it anyone can! We love it & use it several times a week to stay in touch with family out of the area!
