It really is like a portal

Good, can be a little tricky

They've had a number of issues with it, but overall it has been working great. My parents have to switch over from their TV service to another "source" on their TV to get to the Portal - which they find annoying. The sound isn't always great, and the camera doesn't always know where to focus - but it does get the job done. Overall, we are all happy with the Portal.

LOVE IT

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love this, I bought the first one, for my Daughter so that when I video chat with my Grandson, he won't run off with the phone or having to spend half the time trying to get him to sit still so I can see him. With the Portal it does not matter how much he jumps or plays while we talk I can see him and we are interacting more because he can talk and play at the same time. This is my second one and it is for me so I can sit in my recliner and not get tired holding my phone LOL
