Does it's job superbly!

However, it has been an absolute blessing during the pandemic lock-down. It allows us to join our children and their families in an intimate, living room setting with a camera that automatically zooms and transitions the field of view. Yes, you can be in video communication using Facetime or Skype, But those are head-and-shoulder shots. This is the entire room. It's a must for big families separated by miles - or pandemics. Worth every penny and set-up is a no-brainer.

Portal TV saves Christmas!

One daughter also has a Portal TV, and the other joined in on her iPhone. I could watch my grandchildren open all their gifts almost as if I were there. There are some glitches on my daughter's end with feedback, but there is probably a fix for that. The story time feature sometimes fades in and out, but my grandson loves it. So, overall this has been great! For people separated from their families, I would truly recommend a Portal TV.
