Neat idea and some of the implemenation on it is good. For a webcam for a TV it works out pretty well for messenger.

My family just love this device. Kids enjoys it very much with all the animations especially when they are talking to their friends. Great Camera and voice quality is good and the whole family can talk together!!

Didn't love the Portal. Thought we could connect with a disabled grandparent out of state however it was too complicated. Love the fact that we could hook it up to the TV which made viewing better on a larger screen. But it was too complicated for our elderly grandparent to switch to the correct input to use it. Also you must have a FB account (which grandpa doesn't have) or whatsup app (neither of us have).

I bought 4 units, 1 for us, 3 for family members. We do facebook call every week since covid 19 started and watching everyone on big tv screen is better than cell phones.

We really love this facebook portal. Its like your talking on the same room.. the camera automatically zooms in and out. I highly recommend this stuff especially during this pandemic.

The portal is a fun way to be with friends and family when you can't be there in person. I have had no issues with disconnects or lag. I updated to this one from Gen 1 and love it.

Reminds me of the Microsoft Xbox Kenect camera that would follow your movement. I would like to see more apps to be utilized with the portal TV.

Very pleased with this purchase. Perfect for connecting with our new grandson during this time of staying home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Had one problem but Portal Customer Service was great!

Love all the features on our Portal, Helps us to feel much closer to family out of state/country. Will definitely recommend to others looking for a way to station connected!!!

I am glade with this product , it work so great, The camera is superb and is good for family entertainment and live video production. Watching yourself on tv is super cool.

Absolutely love it. Hands down better than the other portals. Hated not being able to be confined to one space. This one has a much bigger view.

I like the portal tv a little better than the portal pro because there are more apps for streaming like Netflix. The Audio isn’t great. Everyone echos no matter how I handle the settings for audio. Same issue when I use the portal pro to talk to someone else that has it connected by tv. The app on the phone leaves a lot to be desired. And there isn’t much in the way of support. The lack of compatibility with Amazon steaming is pretty dissapointing.

Easy to set up, and sits well on top of the tv. The wide camera view is clear and sound both ways is flawless.

The features are great and the install is easy. Picture quality is a little choppy, however, it's a wonderful way to stay in touch and have some fun with friends and family .

Added this to my TV works great again and the only problem is I can't add no more contacts just from Facebook or Whatsapp

Excellent product with limited functionality. Story reading and whatsapp call are good enough reasons to get this device.

Needs to work with Facetime. Not enough available uses needs to incorporate apple facetime, skype, and other similar services.

Works well, follows you as you move very decently. Picture not the best on larger TV but no real complaint.
