Great concept... good product... slow on busy holidays lags at times and may not ring but tells u someone called u but missed it

Having trouble getting good clear video and I know its not a bandwidth problem. Also it only works properly on HDMI 1. The system would be more seemless if it would operate on other ports because you need an extra remote to toggle between ports while on HDMI 1 but you do not on others, Not very impressive but its the thing I have found that operates on a TV.

returned my first one after only 4 times that i used it something when bad with it. returned it for another with no problems, they were very helpful.

It works very well. The zoom in and out feature to capture people walking in and out of the room functions well.

Excellent way to connect with friends and family. I would recommend this product.

not bad, not great, this thing is somewhere in the middle, video quality is not the greatest all the time and the camera that follows you is not smart enough

Got this to communicate with family during the epidemic and has helped relieve some cabin fever. Has fun games and filters that can cause a few laughs.

If you haven't used the portal you are missing out. This is one of the greatest devices for keeping in touch with friends and family.

Still trying to convince my parents that it will be easy to communicate with them so hopefully I can do so otherwise I'll be using it

Great for seeing family during COVID but has some flaws. Only using the whatsapp functionality to it but random difficulty with sound or not being able to add people to calls. The rest of the family has the the same problem. Overall worth the money if you get past the glitches. It would be nice for Facebook to fix this, it seems like a software side problem.

Just wish it didn’t take the entire screen. It would be nice to have this like a facetime pop up and you could still watch your tv show.

I love how it follows my kids when we were on call. It used to be hard activity for us earlier. Love the security switches to turn off camera and mic.

The quality of the camera could be much better given the price. There is also quite a bit of feedback. That probably has more to do with our audio on the tv but we have a high-quality television so I'm not sure what it would sound like if you didn't. It is very difficult to have a conversations with more than two (3 max) portals at one time. Overall I prefer a zoom session or FaceTime over portal for most applications.

I wanted to love this but it’s just ok. I bought for family members as well during quarantine. No one is impressed.

Works nice with the small amount of apps it does have. Sometimes the camera doesn’t follow or moves when it probably shouldn’t
