Bad audio!

The people on the other end keep saying that they can't hear us, and there are dropouts and digital "Hash" on my end. Its painful to try and hold a conversation on this device. I have gigabit internet and the device is within a few feet of the router, so signal strength is full.

Built-in apps are useless because of all of the smart TV already has these apps.
