    The product is fine, but i mainly bought this as a gift to someone outside USA to remotely connect with grandkids using this. Unfortunately, this is not supported outside USA when i called the customer care. I had to bring it back to USA

    Had new Wi-Fi 6 Router and it quit working! Brand new and cannot get it to connect to internet or you cannot reset it to factory setting or any for that matter! JUNK and the price has gone up!
