Great Idea But Needs Improvement

I wanted something to share video calls with family. It's a great idea, being able to have video calls by using the TV. However, setting up the group calls could be simpler. There is a lag in the audio, making it difficult to converse, and the image quality fluctuates. If the system has an update, it can take a half hour before the system is ready. It's best use is between two parties, but the user experience suffers once you add more parties to the call.

Worried about the future. Meta stopped Portal TV

Worried it might not add valuable features going forward. Hope they won't scale down the abilities it has today. i guess no more software updates!

Not functional outside USA

Unfortunately, this is not supported outside USA when i called the customer care. I had to bring it back to USA
