    Unfortunately, the Facebook Portal didn't work for me. I wanted to video chat with my parents, and even though my mom does have a Facebook account, the Portal was too clunky to install and difficult to use.

    I purchased this device so that my elderly mother could stay in touch with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and children. I was disappointed that you have to have a Facebook account to use it which my mother did not have. So I had to setup a Facebook account for her. Then COVID 19 came along and I thought wow this will be perfect, but i thought it would do a Picture in Picture when someone reached out to her while she was watching tv. But is appears she has to switch over to it as a source before they can reach her. All in all it was just too confusing and remains in a drawer. I think it could have been better designed. But I think their main goal was to get Facebook into households.
