Portal TV Smart Video Calling on Your TV w/Alexa

I was not able to get it to work and kept getting a message that it would not work with external. Also, it was purchased for my my 90 year mother-in-law and it would have required her to switch the TV from HDMI 1 to HDMI 3 to use it. I'm sure this was due to the fact that her TV is several years old and is not a smart TV. I returned this product for the Portal picture frame version which was super easy to set up and use.

Att internet. Gave this to elderly parents hoping to connect with them during COVID. After every use they have to be able to reset HDML to get back on their cable. They are unable to do this. That is information that would have been helpful.

Too complicated

Facebook portal will now allow you to video conference with them. Other than that great for conversing with distant family members
