My son (11) loves this and the fact that he can interact with his friends on it. Keeps him busy and entertained when he is stuck in doors. Also not a bad way to get his energy out!

Great starter VR headset if you've never owned one before. You will need a meta account, but it doesn't require you to be tethered to a computer. It has it's own app store so you can purchase games to play. Games have free trials for 2 hours. If you have glasses, it's still usable, but wearing contacts, smaller frames, or prescription lens will be better. I would opt for having the prescription lens if you're using this with glasses.

The best thing to have laying around the house. Bought it and haven’t used it much but it has been fun the times I’ve used it! Great purchase.

Over all it’s a great experience. Hardware is built great and efficient when it comes to how much tech is crammed in a small piece. Learning curve is low-mild if you consider your hand and eye coordination to be good. To avoid motion sickness start with easier games and build your tolerance. If you wear eye glasses, you’ll have to make due with blurry vision unless you pick up 3rd party head piece. You have about 25-30 mins before Headset become uncomfortable. Head seats last about 1.5-2hrs depending how intense the game is. Be Prepared to dish out Facebook info and a healthy amount of cash for games. Don’t get discouraged, different games are on sale everyday.

I have gotten one for my son and my step daughter. It has been such a huge hit they both really enjoy the gorilla tag.

This thing is nuts, can see different parts of the world, vrchat is a blast. Super experimental and not for the feint of heart
