I like that it makes you feel like your in the game. You can go against your family in getting high scores with certain games. Keeps you completely entertained and i like that you can share games bought on 1 account with the other accounts on it .

The experience is awesome, ecspecailly if you're new to VR. The headset strap that comes with is Very uncomfortable over time, so I would highly recommend getting the strap that tightens around the back of the head, so the weight of the device is not so heavy on the face. If you can afford it, I would instead advise getting the strap that has the battery pack attached to it instead of just the strap (The added battery gives an additional 2-3 hours of gameplay, and without it you have about 1-2 hours.)Most games and apps take 1-3gb and at the most up to 4 or 5gb that I've found so far, so I've downloaded alot of them and still have more than half of the 128 gb space left. I also would highly recommend getting the Warranty on it; when you are playing it, it is very easy to bump/slam/punch/smash into things because you can see nothing but the game. One more added thing I would suggest is a LONG Type C (both ends) cord to charge the headset, yet still be able to play while doing so.

Im brand new to VR and this (in my opinion) is a great place to start. SO much to do. Gaming, exploring, etc. One thing I will say as a "heads up", when doing anything where you can walk around, take your time and turn on the option to help with motion sickness. Even if you don't typically get motion, its a crappy way to find out when in the middle of a fun game. Some people just don't get it, and thats great. If you do, don't give up. Take it slow, don't turn fast and try to speed run anything. Its been a couple weeks and my motion sickness is finally starting to taper off. But being able to enjoy this device more and more as I'm getting used to it is still completely worth it.

At this price point, the Oculus Quest 2 is a no brainer when it comes to overall quality and VR experience. I bought this primarily to use with RealFlight 8 software on a PC and it works great with no setup issues at all. To connect to the computer, I’m using the Insignia™ - 16.4' USB-C Virtual Reality Headset Cable which is BestBuy’s less expensive version of the Oculus branded cable. Download and run the Oculus app and you are good to go. I had no issues whatsoever. Using the Quest 2 as a stand alone VR headset (not connected to a computer) is absolutely amazing. Being immersed in a game is an experience way beyond playing a game on a flat screen. You can even watch movies on popular apps like Netflix and Prime while “sitting” in beautiful virtual theater rooms. Pretty cool. I’m also impressed with the built in sound and I should mention, the microphone quality is amazing when communicating in virtual rooms. I love this thing!

This gadget is super fun so long you have open space and don't slam into a wall. The only downside is the battery, on all fronts. It takes HOURS to charge and that charge doesn't last very long. Beat Saber is ridiculously fun.

I bought this for my son for Christmas… still the best decision and gift ever! Highly recommend! It is so much fun. Set up was on the easier side, a few very very minor hiccups (most likely a “my fault” ordeal) but within a day we had it up and going perfectly. Just recently the controllers batteries haven’t been keeping the charge long. One second, it’ll say it’s at 60% but when you start playing it immediately drops to 20%. And the headset, we’ll charge to 100% then by time my son plays for maybe 5 minutes, it’s already dropped significantly. I don’t expect to be able to play for 5+ hours straight, but at least one hour would be nice! Overall, 10 out of 10 still. We love it!

Our son's Meta 2 stopped holding a charge so we took it in to it back in to Best Buy & since was still under warranty, customer service returned it, gave us a credit for it and upgraded it to the Meta 3 since the Meta was no longer available by applying the credit & paying the difference. They were very helpful & it was a very smooth process.

My original purchase was 2 years ago. My kids love it but within 3 months the charging port melted, Best Buy replaced it. About 15 months later it began to lag and not hold charge. Thankfully I bought the warranty and they just replaced with a new one both times. My kids spend hours playing and keep themselves active.

Very cool, graphics on games are pretty good and I’m surprised with the connectivity and responsiveness. Only thing I would recommend is get the elite head strap because this one sags on my face and blurs the images a little.

Very great quality and works really well. Basically everything you'd expect from a VR, i have to keep it plugged in because the battery life is only about 30 minutes but other than that it's really great.
