Pros: Immersive VR, Quality Build, Comfortable controllers Cons: There are barely any QUALITY games!!! A lot of shovel ware on this thing. Un-syncs boundaries at odd times Bottom Line: Save your money until they have a well known library of quality games, otherwise you are not missing out.

My son loves it. Still working. No issues so far. Tried it out myself. Great effects and sense of being elsewhere. Don't expect the graphics to be on par with the PS5 but the virtual environments are very convincing.

Device overall is okay. You'll get an estimated hour an a half of gameplay on the device and then you'll have to charge. Some games are a bit glitchy with the Oculus software. Also, if you have rectangular glasses then forewarning that they not fit correctly, even with the included adapter for using glasses. The fabric headband unfortunately will become dinged in color within 6-8 months of use. I do wish the paddles were rechargeable and not battery powered, since the paddles tend to drain the batteries pretty quickly of moderate to heave gameplay, especially with alkaline batteries. Finally, know that games and applications do cost money on the oculus store. Very few games and apps are free and most will range from $9.99-$39.99.

Don’t be fooled by HD VR videos. That is NOT what you will be seeing in these VR headsets. I purchased the Oculus on 3/4/22 and ended up returning it on 3/6/22. Initially I purchase the headset to attempt sim racing in VR as I had heard the experience was something I had to try. Unfortunately I was unable to achieve the clarity of picture I desired even when wearing g glasses which also made the headset more uncomfortable than it is. I read about prescription inserts that could be purchased but ultimately I decided the hassle of getting it to work pretty openly with games that touted VR support and the extra money outlay ($80 for a long USB-C cable?!!!!) was simply not worth it to me. I used the return to purchase a new keyboard and Xbox controller and am happier.

This this is amazing. I bought this because my kids gad been talking about it for a while. So i took the chance and got one. Just setting it up i was very impressed. My boys love it. I even got ky wife to try it and she was amazed.

My son bought this for himself and won't stop playing. He loves it. I played the Beat Saber demo once and found it to be fun. The technology is pretty cool, how it draws a virtual boundary in the room you are playing in, so that you don't hit walls. Make sure you put the silicone covering over the foam on the goggles, or else you end up with chaffing.

We love it. The whole family plays. It has a lot of different things you can do not just play games although the games are awesome

Affordable VR. I haven't had any problems except the controllers did end up with stick drift. I just bought wd40 for electronics and fixed it very easily.
