Honestly, I purchased this for the little screaming people in my house; however, in setting up the device, I have found it to be rather remarkable. As a VR novice, this has more than enough bells and whistles for me. I'm unsure whether my middle-eyed eyes would even detect the resolution difference between this and its successor. Nevertheless, no complaints. Sound and optics are great. It's a little heavy for the littlest one, but we made it work.

Amazing beyond belief it is such a fun and exciting product! We absolutely loved it and we use it daily to exercise and play games!

My son loves this VR. We have tried many laptops that we thought would work with this but none would. We recently bought him a new lenovo gaming laptop from best buy and it worked with the VR. He has been ecstatic. The vr is capable of running stand alone games without a laptop also.

The only reason this is not five is because of the difficulty learning as a newbie to VR. The virtual walkthrough was hard to navigate and it took me days to get comfortable with the tutorials. But once I did, wow. I was totally immersed into a whole new world. A virtual world that seems so realistic that I almost vomited when I was deep sea diving in a shark swim from beneath me. No I can't put it down. I am in my late 50s and some what technologically capable, but my suggestion would be if you purchase one of these have someone who is experienced walk you through it. You will not regret it. Again my only reason for not giving it a five stars is because someone does not know anything about technology, they would be totally lost

Having a ton of fun with this, and the kids LOVE it. Wireless VR gaming is incredible. My only complaints are the stock head strap and the battery life. If you’re looking to buy this, buy an aftermarket head strap with a battery pack built in, they’re very affordable.

Loved the ease of use and setup on this. The kids love it and so far has goven us several hours of great times. Great graphics.

Love it! It’s dies really fast but its graphics are gorgeous. Getting another one at Christmas for my other son so they can play together.

So much fun to play with, definitely takes a bit to get set up and to get fitted properly.

The Quest 2 is amazing. Simple and fun to use, doesnt break the bank, Would definitely recommend this product to anyone starting off with VR.

It was so great! I surprised my little brother with this as a gift and he loved every thing about it! Its very easy to handle. Every age could play on it honestly! My whole family has family night with it as you could also watch what the person is doing thru the phone as well!

I’ve wanted this for 2 years now... just to play one game... I’ve realized it has so much more to offer and the graphics are amazing... If you are in the fence... get it!! my only complaint is the battery life is only about an hour or 2

I was a little iffy about the VR at first but tell you the truth. It’s a lot of fun and it’s well worth it. Ours took a few banging to it at first and thank God it’s as strong as an ox and we’ve never had any issues with it. it’s easy to use an easy to set up. It’s a little difficult to clean. Overall, the VR is amazing.

My kiddos love it! It's pretty cool, but I have to limit their time on it. While the feel is fairly realistic and good graphics, it can be dizzying. If the user is not grounded, it's easy to fall over or bang into something with the joy sticks. I tried it and had (and still do) a difficult time adjusting the headset. My head is not bigger than average but every time I use it, I have to hold the headset on my head. The back should be weighted down with something. Something more like a helmet would be a better design. As it is, it keeps falling down on my face. It's not cheap so I feel the headset should fit better. Also, watch for the recall on the foam inside the headset. We took it out. Apparently it was causing rashes to some users.

Very fun headset and I’ve spent hundreds of hours playing VR games now in the past couple years. Definitely a great introduction into the gaming medium considering the fact you can play everything stand alone on the headset itself and can plug it into an actual gaming PC for those PCVR enthusiasts. However, my biggest problem with these headsets is the inconsistent quality of the headsets/controllers. I’ve had controllers last me up to a year and I’ve had controllers last me several months, or didn’t even work the first time I used them. I highly recommend anyone getting this headset to get the Best Buy protection plan. If you expect to play VR for a year or longer your headset will eventually run into problems. With Best Buy’s protection plan you have about 2-3yrs to replace the headset/controllers for 1/4 of the price of a headset you’d normally have to pay. And with the way Meta is good luck getting a replacement from them. We also don’t know when the next Quest 3 will be released so being protected up to 1-2yrs from this point is the smartest move.

Love this product! It works really good, easy to use and creates a lot of fun at home!

I purchased the Oculus Quest 2 just a couple of days ago but I am having so much fun (even as a 32-year-old math teacher). Both my husband and I are enjoying the headset and have had no problems. Hopefully, I can update you if anything changes.

We spend so much time on this! Beat saver is free and we play it as a family taking turns. Easy to follow and great quality.
