    Had this for 6 months and then it needed to be replaced. It was under warrenty but it took about 2 weeks of troubleshooting with tech support to get a new one.

    i was optimistic when i bought this for my wife picturing all kinds of trouble like her falling over furniture but the software is smart and sets up a "play area" before you start so you make sure you don't lose track of physical items around you. so far a lot of fun for the whole family.

    The first one I bought, the left paddle was defective. We received the replacement fairly easily after about 2 weeks due to a backorder and we've been enjoying it ever since.

    For the money it’s pretty good. Not sure why it’s so nerfed from the factory. You have to dl a program on your Pc to up the resoltion and textures. It’s pretty blurry if you don’t. Haven’t tried it for pc yet but the native library has been fun. Not sure how I feel about the Facebook log in.

    Wow. We bought this for my son and have tried it out. Pretty awesome. Just watch and listen to your kids about predators and more. There is no parental filter on these things.
