    Can’t actually review product. It was a gift to a family member. However, from what i’ve heard so far it was a great electronic amusement addition. While acquisition was a little bumpy, everything was received in the promised delivery times. Thanks to Best Buy.

    I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He wanted the Rift, but it was discontinued. He doesn't know he's getting this. So I hope he will be surprised!

    I’ve had to do a hard factory reset on it twice now. If you set up a pattern it stopped working and even with the pattern i put in. I wish there were more games available. I would say wait to purchase until they fix the kinks in this set and wait for more games. FAQs and support didn’t really help when it comes to forgotten passwords. The only way to fix it is a factory reset. The fabric for the head strap is finicky, make sure your hair is down or to the side for use. You can’t wear glasses with this device. They sell prescription lenses but that’s an additional cost. There is no carrying case with this specific purchase. Again an additional cost. Serveral games require subscriptions or additional costs.
