I did not see this on the box and it should be. And, there are no parental controls based on what it says on line about this item. considering the graphic violence parent controls are necessity.

I’ve been using it to box and I really feel like I get a good sweat out of it. No complaints yet, battery is good but I don’t spend hours on it

Only downfall is battery life is roughly 2 hours, which I understand with all the technology being used in these devices and they also offer a battery pack head strap. Head set fits and feels very comfortable!
