Great first VR headset for PC!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For people just looking to get into simple VR, this is a great deal compared to HTC's Vive and Valve's Index. It runs at 90Hz for most of my PC games which is perfectly fine. While this can be used without a PC, all my apps are ran while I'm tethered to a PC via a Link cable. A little disappointed I can't use this without making a facebook account but oh well. The adjustment is a bit difficult and I recommend everyone buy a new strap that is more comfortable.

Fun But Could Be Better

I think once the technology improves it will be more enjoyable, but ours now takes up space in a closet.

Just get the Quest 3 instead

It’ll crash apps, screen will freeze with half of it being black, connecting it to your pc is NOT a good use at all. Sometimes it decides it doesn’t want to charge at all. More often than not, it won’t register the controllers and you’ll have to reset the things a few times. The AR cameras are “ish”. Do not waste your money on the Quest 2, just get the Quest 3.
