Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had gotten the extended warranty through Best buy I would recommend the return policy is amazing very helpful No questions asked if you tell them much wrong They will just replace it or if you return it within the 15 days that's the return policy they will refund this one we got was defected we returned it within the 15 days and got our money back It was fun But was not able to order games it had a glitch on the screen. If you Google it's a common complaint that the VR has. It's a fun VR but they need to fix the issue

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought two so far and both of them got messed up after regular usage don’t get me wrong anyone who has played on a VR system knows you’re gonna pop the headset with a controller from time to time it happens but after a couple minor bumps the thing won’t charge for 300 bucks I’d expect it to hold up for as long as a console the first one I bought was past warranty which is why I bought the new one and the new one broke before the 30 day warranty save your money and wait a couple years for a better one maybe then will I try VR gaming
