First unit I spilled a little water into the headset and it stopped working and would keep trying to update the firmware. Totally my fault. 2nd unit is doing ok but recently having some guardian issues which again is probably my fault for not putting it in a case after using so I recommend getting a case or storing it back into the box after each use. Like many others, controllers do need to be sprayed with contact cleaner. I just spray it in the thumbstick and move it around while pressing on it for about 15 seconds or so.
