Posted .Hi there, Brian! We want you to be able to enjoy your headset to the fullest, so we popped in to suggest trying a hard reboot, if you haven't already. This can be accomplished by holding down the power button and volume down button (-) for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound. If you don't hear the boot-up sound, go ahead and enter the USB Update Mode and select "Boot Device."

After he got it. He barley uses it. Feels like cheap over priced plastic. As a parent to 3 kids. I don’t trust anything made by Facebook or Meta. I would do some serious research on privacy and what permission you have to have to use this.

As a standalone unit it may be ok, but for it to be usable with other devices it needs some serious development. It will be going back to the store since its still within the refund period.
