Looked to be advertised with the beat saber game but we didn’t get anything with it. Then, oculus advertised the same unit with Beat Saber just days later. For the price, they should always include one game. Otherwise it’s ok. You have to have Facebook to play.

Also, with our new Meta accounts, a Facebook account is no longer required to use any Meta Quest headset. If you're having trouble with either of these, please let us know by submitting a support ticket on our support page.

I tried the "hard reset" & still got nothing. Waiting on the second & am hoping this one solves it. So far

After 8 months my quest 2 broke after an update form them. First they said they would replace it. Then after I shipped my broken product by FedEx they informed me they were out of replacement units. Now I am buying a new one paying $100 more for the unit. Who knows if I will ever get the replacement or if they will send the broken unit back. Don’t buy without the extended warranty. Be prepared to deal with software errors as the unit acts up everytime they do an update. Never dropped my unit took great care of it but used it daily for exercise. I would buy another VR if The supernatural app was on it.

So disappointed

It tries to make that you login with Facebook. The graphics are poor. Honestly I used it once or twice and sold it for 100$. Just a dumb purchase.

Have been unable to use due to issues when trying to create a Facebook account. Oculus support has been unable to help and Facebook makes it impossible to contact them. $300 brick. I will change my review if I am ever able to get it working.
