So cool and my whole family absolutely LOVES. BUT, the charging cord stopped working within 48 hours. There’s NO damage to the cord and the charging block works with my other oculus charger, but for some reason the cord that came with it no longer works.

Since you are able to still charge your headset using another cable, it does sound like something isn't quite working right with the charging cable that came with your headset. Oculus support will no longer help you get back in and Facebook support is completely useless for account recovery.

Had a solid white light the entire time and a solid white circle when you looked inside it. Tried doing a reset and everything. We returned it.

Meta honestly just isn't a good company. We've had lots of downtime, not being able to play because Meta itself is so glitchy. We haven't had to return the unit, and they've always fixed the issue on their end. They have poor customer service.
