Games are limited and most are not very good for the price. Headset is heavy and is not easy to operate. Had to restart several times because of bugs and had connection problems with phone.

I used my friends Quest 2 and wanted my own to see what else it can do - the answer is not much without buying a lot of expensive games. It also isn't comfortable for a long period of time.

It’s fun when I can get it to work. So far, on 3 of the games I’ve bought, I can’t get past the first screen (“Disclaimer “ or “Choose language”) to play the actual game. Very disappointed. May take it back.

Bought for christ.as gift. Opened day after christmas and headset wouldnt charge. Store wouldnt let us exchange item.

I felt pretty dizzy when I used that. I got pain in my eyes so I don’t think its healthy to use, especially not good for kids’ health.

I haven't had much of a chance to play after getting the headset because I've just been dealing with one glitch after another and good luck trying to get past those because, in my experience and the experience of those I've seen in forums, Meta's customer service is rather useless. I haven't gotten my current problem fixed myself and someone I saw with the same problem was still waiting after 2 weeks.

More or less to just try out and see all the fuss. Definitely a step over virtual boy but mostly garage stuff to do right now

Worked great for the first week or so. Then out of No where it will No turn on. It just goes to a gray screen. We will be returning ASAP.

I was really excited to buy this and play it and for the first month it was pretty cool. But the novelty did not last long enough to sustain the mediocre games.

Wouldn’t let me return it after they messed up the serial numbers on their end

It's a good headset. Pretty capable. I enjoy using it. But it's ties and ownership by Facebook/Meta are significant black mark on this pleasant device. I don't recommend getting this headset unless you font have any other options. The Meta/Facebook ties are just too big a risk and too big a detriment. Just be prepared to lose your game library at any moment if Mera decides they don't like you that day.

It says here that I purchased the 128gb version but I received the 64GB version there was a mishap there is there anyway I can come and trade it out for the larger version

Kinda fun at first but hard to use sometimes with glasses on. Would be more fun if more games were available with BeatSaber being one of the only good ones.

The Oculus ad that I saw said there was great interactive corn on here. That was incorrect. I can’t even find cornography on Oculus. There are some cool games though.

It’s a horrible piece of tech. All it does is give me a headache.

want to return as it is killing my time and creating me head ache so i was thinking seriously to return though the performance has decreased from couple of dats

There are some great games on this VR headset, but 2 of 3 headsets have had issues turning on and staying on. You hit the power button and see the Meta logo or the three dots and then *boop* it turns off. Sometimes it takes a couple on/off cycles and you're good to go, but far too often it just continues to turn on and then back off seconds later. It's very frustrating.

I purchased for of these as a Christmas gift only to find out the user needs to be 13 to use it. There is nothing on the box or Best Buy web site that tells you this.

I don’t like this product. My kids stopped using it a few weeks later. The account is no longer working and there not much great support around.
