2 stars because they literally force you to use a Facebook account to use the thing. Otherwise it’s a great VR set for the price and completely independent so no wires or computer needed.

Used to be good. Honestly I have bought 4 of these headsets (one for me, roommate, sister, and her husband). I put it on today and blam now i need to set up a new profile. I don't want that stupid stuff. Just let me play steamvr. Oh wait now it wont link to my computer which is amazing. Ruined any reason for me to want to keep it. Outside of that with the price increase youre better off spending a tiny bit more money and getting an overall better headset.

Was transferred 4 times after an hour and nobody could explain to me how to redeem the Beat Saber game that was included with my Oculus Quest2.

If you're a PC gamer looking for a headset that will interface easily with Steam VR or other PC VR games, avoid the Quest 2.

I bought the oculus and as soon as I got home and tried it out one of the remotes stopped working completely, not even a full day and it gave out I tried looking up videos on YouTube but eventually gave up.

Bought one and it immediately got a stuck pixel so there's a constant white dot in it. Second one is okay, I got bored of it in a month

My son was never able to get this product to work. You are required to have a Facebook account, which he did not want, but made one anyway to be able to use the product. It still would not connect. It literally sits in the box and is useless to us. I would return it if they allowed.

Good headset but after a few months it suddenly turn off at random times and is having issues with drifting joy sticks

My Device was shipped to me damaged… Never get one of these shipped to you. Mine arrived with a large crack in the left lens

Very laggy games like beat saber have a hard time keeping up with the sound.

The price is high as it does not come with any free games. The games are costly as compared to XBOX and Play stations.

Gets laggy after sometime of use. And need improvement in picture quality.

Bought for grandson and he was disappointed that we had to spend additional money to actually enjoy the item

Didn’t like it at all. Didn’t fit too comfortably and made me feel Ill while playing. Returned it after a week.

haven't touched my oculus in over a month, it has become a paper weight in my room and would be happier without it

Purchased the oculus Quest 2. I immediately had problems trying to buy certain games from the portal. I reported the problem to Oculus support but go no solution from them. Beware if you need support for this product you may be disappointed.

I bought this to use with my PC. Using my PC graphics card I can play anything I want and there is an air link thing so I don't need to be connected physically to my PC to do it. The battery only last a couple hours but you can get a battery pack to extend the time, or a link cable to stay plugged in. I highly recommend getting one.

Item stopped working after 4 months of use. It will not power on. I sat on the phone forever trying to troubleshoot with tech. $320 I hoped it would last longer than 4 months and probably less than 100 uses. I was told I cannot return it. It’s almost comical.

differently a cool quirky product but really needs more real-world applications

Left controller stopped working 2 months after purchasing. Tried to fix it every which way possible but had to purchase a new one. thats exactly what you want to do after spending so much money is spend more money. I looked it up and apparently its an ongoing issue with multiple users.
