I did choose best buy to purchase the quest because it came with 3 free items. Headphones, gamespass and youtube premium. I never receied the headphones or game pass. I went into the store, Employees said to call customer support. Customer support told me to go into the store and speak with an associate. A never ending loop. Almost 2 months now and still a loop. Best buy does not have a procedure for not recieving free items.

And I'm not even a gamer. It was truly remarkable, and actually not as overstimulating as sitting and playing something on a screen.
