Didn’t work.. requested a return got sick with COVID. Missed my window of return. It was stuck in removing tag from controllers. So now I am stuck with an item that does not work.

Its bran new just get this you save a few bucks, get the protection plan atop it and you wont be disappointed!

Practically brand new! Perfect condition, I bought it as a reconditioned or refurbished product but it was in perfect condition in original package

I would recommend a refurbished unit to anyone. Comes in a box as though it were new. Save money and buy refurbished. Works great.

Very well done product. Can take some getting used to if you’re new to VR. Would advise getting the pro strap with battery pack. The battery goes pretty quickly.

It’s fun to exercise with this. I love app like Supernatural which is kind of like beat saber but more for workouts.

Based on true experience please stay away from refurbished products especially from Meta. I got this item and within 6 months i experienced problem and contacted support . After trouble shooting for a month they told they wil replace the current one . I got the replacement and it did not work as i was unable to create a boundary . I got that replaced. Again after 2 months games crash and apps doesn't load. I have to wait for a month to get a replacement as we need to send our headset to them and they would have to send one . Now again they mentioned only a refurbished item will be sent . They say all the lie in the world that they do the Quality checks . Nothing just clean and send the defective ones again . Customer support is useless and they do not understand the issues and the concern from our end . Each day a new person will reply to my email and they will not go over the entire conversation. I would have to explain all over again. I even sent a complaint letter to Meta and no reply yet . It had been 4 months . If you have problem with your headset you would have to deal with a lot. BB will just say contact support after the return windows. So you are own. I would recommend buy with insurance.

Christmas gift for my son for Christmas, he specifically asked for it so I cant wait for his reaction.

I have a Rift CV1 and the original Vive and this is definitely and upgrade. Almost no screen door effect and much clearer image. I do think it has less of a 3D effect compared to the Rift for some reason. This did force me to create a Facebook account and I had a lot of difficulty getting it to pair with my phone but once I did I liked it. I'm still having some issues using it with certain steam titles on my PC but I haven't looked into solutions yet. I'd definitely recommend picking up a Quest 2 before the price increase hits.

Its works good when the shellenv keeps closing, I have tried everything to fix it. I will recommend buying a new meta qeust 2 instead of a refurbished one.
