The know there is a problem with updates not allowing setup of device it's useless., and they are working on it, it's been 2 weeks no update no returning it best buy says to contact manufacture because it's past the 14 day window. Stay away from quest till they fix the issue

Headset wint pair. Icukus support is useless

Support told me to factory wipe and gave instructions. First time unboxing. But whatever. Didn't fix issue. Turns out. Thebapp makes you leave the chat which ends the supportnsession. Yet it locked my email to thebchat session. Now i cant open a chat with my email I used because it is locked to the first chat. I can't send media such as proof of purchase over chat and they won't send me an email because its locked to the other ticket. So now I can't get support. I can't use the headset. Plus bestbuy is now sold out of these. Then support agent kept trying to grt ke to leave chat yo not have to deal with me and lied to me about how wifi works.

Warning - neck pain

I couldn’t believe how much pain I was in the next day after briefly trying it. Yes I have whiplash but I’ve heard even young people complain about the pain. This will be great when the weight comes way way down. Be careful buying games since you’re stuck with them.
