Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought one for Christmas, it worked perfectly fine, not a single problem, everything ran smooth and perfect just for 1 month, I keep it locked in my case that I bought for it to protect it from any kind of damage. One day I came back to use it and it started acting up, stuck on loading screen in every app, game, Internet browser. I restored it to factory settings twice and the problem still continued. I would never buy any Meta Quest, nor will recommend to anyone, not worth the money.

We kindly ask that you visit our Meta support website to get in touch with our support team as you tried doing a factory reset but it was ineffective. There we'll be able to look into your warranty options.

I mean it "works" for the most part other than for the game i specifically bought it for, and have played it on a few times then alll of a sudden after an update, it refuses to launch the game....so maybe after it starts launching the game i might bump the stars up, tried for days googling and contacting support but nothing has helped.

Ordered this thinking it was new and instead of saying refurbished, it said "renewed" at the end of the title of the item. Not only did it come used, it would not even turn on. Dissapointing for my daughters 7th birthday.
