The cuddle service was OUTSTANDING! I was kindly greeted at the door told them what i needed and i was pointed directly in the direction i needed to be.. The man asked what I needed i told him Oculus Quest 2 he asked the 64 or 128gb i told him 128gb and by the time i looked down into my purse to get the payment he was running me up. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Very welcoming and a place I'd go to again! 1st time in the store and it was 5 stars without a doubt. Thank U Best Buy

Really love the Quest 2. From floating around in zero gravity to shooting alien bugs. Three words sums it up, loads of fun.

Bought these for the kids for Christmas - boy were they a hit. The only real drawback - we had to create a FB account for them.

I feel that while it's a good product, it was a bit too pricey. It's a good idea, however, the headset is heavy. It's too bad that it can't be lighter, causing less neck discomfort.
