I love this thing. a few things to know for a much better setup-- you dont need a Oculus link cable to connect to play games on a gaming pc ,you can use "Virtual Desktop" (youtube how to side load onto the quest "cas and cherry vr") for a wireless setup that works great. also the issue with the battery strap and them breaking alternative go with a frankenquest setup---get a vive deluxe audio strap (could find for (100.00 found mine on ebay for 86.00 new) the D.A.S. adapters are sold on etsy. I bought "Metaversemake"20.99 for a sturdy setup . for a more seamless build you can get one from "Businesscompanyvr" (doesnt use velcro for middle strap which i like )19.99+ shipping. Annnnddd you can get a universal battery mount from "tycotech3dprinting".24.99 also on etsy. Comes a little over the battery strap (which i have and compared) but i much rather have this superb setup. it's definitely better in terms of being a counterweight and way more battery life depending on the powerbank you choose. the vive headset is way more comfortable then both straps from oculus. The audio built in the headset vs the vive strap is *pffffttt* (meaning trash) compared to the strap. All in all its modular and well worth it.see you on population one .#joshmagosh25

This was a good purchase. I bought it for $100 off the price. The new model is coming out so it will be phased out on sale. Works great and is sturdy and enjoyable. Not quite as great as my Steam Valve VR but the wireless makes it so much easier and less stressful about replacing cord that get twisted no matter how hard you try not to twist.

Bought this for my kids for Christmas last year. They love this device and they play it all the time. It also helps get them up off the couch to burn off some energy.

Graphics are amazing. Even games keep you active. The entire family loves it. The head strap is horrible however I purchased the elite options and it’s amazing. Battery lasts only 2 hours which is a pain when multiple people want to play. Will be purchasing the extra battery pack soon. All in all, I would recommend this to everyone.

My son absolutely loves it. I enjoy playing it as well. Need to get another battery for it though.

I bought this system for the kids bc Sony hadnt released their system at xmas time 22, So I had to get the next best thing.. and the kids are stoked they love it❤️❤️❤️.. I still got them the Psvr2 they will get that in Febuary 23 when it releases , Im thinking that will be what I play Bc they love this Oculus system so much .. we’ll see .. Really nice system kid approved..

I received this as a birthday gift from my husband. After using it once I was hooked! The graphics are unbelievable not to mention the tracking abilities with your hands. It has exceeded my expectations of the battery life. I bought one for my husband so we could play together. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

Very versatile. Few free games. Batteries go dead fast for the hand held controllers. Not for motion sick people.

Great product, really fun and easy to use and set up

It's a great product and it will last you a long time and is one of the sturdier models it's Graphics are good very few flaws it does have every once in awhile issue with turning on but that's after having it for a year I can last you punching a wall a few times definitely and as long as you have rechargeable batteries you will be good no wire makes it great for people who are clumsy like me and I hope everyone ends up getting this product at least as your beginner.

The Meta Quest 2 is so far one of the best game system in my opinion because not only your playing the game you are part of the game, with a great selection of VR games to play will definitely keep you in shape and help with you burning those calories. Great for playing and weight loss at the same time

This is a great VR headset. My kids love it and play it quite often. PROS: * stand-alone headset, which means it doesn’t require a high-end gaming PC or laptop to use * wireless so you can take it on road trips or to another room with ease * headset has a built-in headphone jack, allows the user to plug in a different headphone if they don’t want to use the built-in speakers * headset is pretty lightweight * can play Steam games by purchasing the extended USB-C cable (sold separately) and hooking it up to your PC or purchase the virtual desktop app through the Oculus store CONS: * battery life is about 2.5hrs on a full charge (this can be extended to another 2.5hrs, total of 5hrs, if you purchase the Elite Head Strap with Battery) * the head strap that comes with the headset is okay, but the Elite Head Strap makes a huge difference and almost a must

Great quality and is a new gaming experience for us. The camera feature is great when you leave the zone to be able to actually see while you still have the VR set on. lots of fun games!

My son has both meta 3 and the 2. They are both really cool. The 3 is a really good upgrade but the 2 is no slacker. If it is your kids first vr and you need to spend less buy this. My son has had the meta 2 for a year now and the memory is not yet full.

This is the cheapest fully realized VR experience. The trade-off is you HAVE to be in the Facebook ecosystem. The controllers are really nice and the graphics are good and the convenience of no cords and truly plug-and-play having used some other VR things is amazing and just works. That said, obviously, the value is in Facebook getting all your sweet sweet data and who knows whatever else secret data points. It is a trade off and for me, worth it. YMMV.
