Excellent gaming experience definitely a must have takes gaming to an entirely new level i own the Xbox one, ps4, switch, tablet, gaming laptop & now i finally crossed over to the wonderful world of virtual reality hands down a game changer however i will be ordering a head support accessory for extra comfort as the straps are not comfortable

Fun game! Family enjoyed playing. Hours of fun and laughter.

It works very well and can last for hours, and compared to the last oculus it doesn't really overheat. And the new menu layouts are really nice. However the way you adjust the lenses on this set compared to the last one is a bit annoying. Since for this one you grab the lanse in the headset and move them, which means taking it off and putting it on, where as the last one had a slider on the outside you could use while still wearing it. However, the lenses has been my only big concern. It has done very well.

The oculus was really buggy out of the box. It needed a software upgrade right away and crashed which caused all sorts of problems and was really frustrating. With tech support i managed to get that fixed but it took me several hours. Hours. Then the hand sets were non-responsive. i could not figure out how to get them to work. After a couple more hours fussing with them, i had to go back to tech support and learn how to factory reset the controllers. This was an insane amount of work to undertake for something brand new and never used. The instructions are insufficient. They assume everything goes flawlessly and have scant info in them. Useless. i was further annoyed to note that the unit was only manufactured two months prior. Seems to be _ poor quality control at The factory. After getting it fixed finally i was able to try it out. i have to say it's pretty cool once it works. Lastly, the head band is very poorly designed. It's annoying if you plan to allow multiple people to take turns using it, _ forget about it!! The strap is a pain to adjust for each user. It's really designed to set and forget. Super painful design. Bad choice. Otherwise The experience is good.

What a great store. I was about to give up and go home when I saws they were out and when to salesperson ran up to counter to let me know there were more coming off truck to please wait. It really made my night and my daughters as well. She also purchased one as well. Thank you Best Buy for looking out for my best interest.
