About three weeks in the left controller started drifting. It was a few days outside of return for Best Buy so we contacted Oculus/Meta on Twitter. After a few days of back and forth they told us to mail the left controller back and they sent us a replacement which took about 1.5 weeks. Looking through some complaints it appears the left controller has issues from time to time.

THIS IS F****ING AMAZING!!! my wife is having a blast, and she does not like videogames, but this is something else! this makes you wake up and exercise, makes you want to drink more water, give you energy to deal with your day... that is how we are feeling inside of our home with our new toy!

Good to go, sometimes

There are some problems getting it to connect to the computer via the USB C connector on USB 3. Sometimes it does and sometimes not. Very frustrating. Stand alone works perfect and the apps that load on it are also perfect. However if you need to play an app from the computer you might be lucky if it connects otherwise you have to settle for USB 2, using an USB A to C connection, at 480mb. You therefore may get some glitches/stuttering.
