Love that you can set up boundaries for various rooms. Easy setup. Easy to use. There are parental controls on if needed- just use the app. We purchased the bigger GB in order to store more games/data

I bought this on a whim because I wanted to gauge the state of VR gaming for myself. I've had the headset for 2 weeks and I honestly don't want to go back to traditional gaming. The immersion, the fun, the variety of things you can do in VR aside from gaming, is just astounding. As far as buying a Oculus Quest 2 versus another brand, that is your call. A lot of controversy over Facebook being a requirement but for a lot of us it isn't a big deal - we already have Facebook accounts and we don't use them in a malicious way so there's no worry about getting our account banned. But if you're the type of person that feels the need to comment on all the drama you come across on Facebook, putting your account in jeopardy, then maybe you should pick another headset. For the rest of us the Quest 2 is a wonderful device for everything from children to the elderly. I would however, recommend buying the Elite Strap or some other solution for a strap, as the included strap, while suitable, isn't very comfortable and you'll want to upgrade before long. I bought the non-battery Elite Strap with mine and haven't had any issues at all with it.

My son loves playing on it, almost too much, lol. I’ve even played on it a little. Pretty cool. The user interface is pretty easy to get a hang of. Easy to set up. Easy to download games. You can even log in from your phone (through the app) and watch what your child (or whoever is playing) is doing/playing/watching.
