So much fun!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love my Oculus Quest 2! It’s so much fun! The only thing that would improve it for me is the battery life. Other than that, it’s easy to use, the graphics are awesome, the game selection is huge! There are so many things to do, places to visit and people to meet! I highly recommend this product!

Meta Quest 2 for beginners
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Meta Quest 2 VR Headset is a great system for beginners. The headset is comfortable and lightweight as well as the hand controls and they are easy to navigate. The demo for new users is easy to follow and fun to learn with. If I could change one thing, it would be the battery life. It is too short.

Another Satisfied Customer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Quest 2 was everything I'd heard it was while watching YouTube videos. The strap that came with it, made it so much more comfortable. Looking back I kind of wish I'd bought the extra battery too. It really doesn't last as long as I'd hoped, but given the technology at play it makes sense that it doesn't lasr super long.

Good system, not blown away
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Are you a PCVR user with the Rift or any other tethered system wondering if this will suffice for PCVR via link or Virtual Desktop? Welllllll.... no. Not yet. This system isn’t bad, but if you’re looking to try to replace the Rift to use this mainly as PCVR, don’t do it. Currently the quality of PCVR via Link cable is horrible because of the compression. It’s noticeably blurry and it just doesn’t feel right. There are ways to make the video quality better (YouTube it) but it’s still not the same. If you’re coming from PCVR and wondering how the graphics look on the Quest 2 compacted to PC, you’ll be disappointed. There’s a huge noticeable difference. The Quest 2 games are much lower quality. Of course that’s because the PCVR system requires, well, a PC, and you must have the hardware to run it. I’m just saying there’s a huge difference. and if you have a PC and want the better graphics, I’d just keep the Rift S or wait for the HP Reverb G2. FIT. Everyone’s head is different. The strap on this headset isn’t horrible. It’s pretty comfortable, unless you’re looking to do long VR sessions. I noticed while playing FitXR and going a little wild with the quick squat exercises, the headset would move up. Any faster movement felt like it was going to pop off my head. And that’s with it pretty tight. So, as a lot of people are saying, you would need to spend another $50 to get the elite strap. Kinda BS, but whatever. SCREEN DOOR EFFECT. A lot of people wonder if the screen door effect is still there. It has been reduced by A LOT, but the blurriness depending on the adjustment is still there and yes you still need to adjust the headset and move your whole head to get a clear view like before. If you’re used to any other VR system, the screen quality here won’t blow you away. CONTROLLERS. The controllers are bigger. You can feel the difference. They’re not uncomfortable, but I liked the Rift S/Quest 1 controllers better. The Menu button placement on these new controllers are a bit flush and it took a bit to get used to finding them, as for the Rift S/Quest 1 they’re very easy to locate and have a “click” to them. Good system, but I wouldn’t spend money to upgrade from the Quest 1 or Rift S. If you’re more about PCVR and don’t mind being tethered, definitely use the Rift or other PCVR headsets. If you’re looking to upgrade from Quest 1, but you didn’t really mind the Quest 1, you won’t be blown away by the Quest 2. I’m sad they’re discontinuing the Rift S because I’m a PC gamer and love how much better the VR experience is on PC. Difference is night and day.

A great VR headset for the first time buyer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Are you like me, in that you have a PC that's crap at handling VR? Do you want to not spend much money just to experience 6DOF VR? What if you have a great PC but want to experience the best of both worlds? The Oculus Quest 2 is a fantastic HMD for such things. If you plan to use this as a standalone experience like I have so far, I recommend the 256GB model. The only complaints I have is that you NEED a facebook account to set this up, and dummy/tossaway accounts will brick the headset. For someone like me whose had a Facebook account for a while, this wasn't much a big deal for me, since i rarely use FB nowadays. I also recommend getting the elite strap. The headstrap that comes with the headset is garbage. Without the elite strap, It is uncomfortable. Besides Zuckerberg's thirst of data, and the included headstrap that creates more headaches than it needs to be, this is a great headset if you want to experience VR without breaking the bank, or if you have a good PC and want to experience PCVR on the cheaper side of life

Oculus quest 2 is just what i was looking for!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Much more spectacular than I could imagine! This is a must to escape the day. At the price you cant get better value. The quality and price are well thought out. The Best buy team was helpful as well. I do recommend the 256 version. You should also buy the add on head strap they sell for extra. Have fun!

Oculus Quest 2
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to set up. Graphics is very good. Suggest purchasing a longer charging cord if you want to play and charge at the same time. My kids love it. Games are affordable. Highly suggest purchasing the 256gb. More storage is better than not enough storage. Thanks Best Buy for the smooth transaction.

Easy and fun!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The purchase of this was so easy and the pickup process was smooth and painless, even during the busy Christmas season! My stepson loves this, and so do we! Fun games and lots of laughing, making it perfect for family time! It does cause a headache if you play too long, but he needs a break from electronics anyway! Thanks Best Buy!

FUN! Get the 128GB w/ the battery strap though.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is loads of fun. Now is a great time to jump into the VR world if it is something that you are interested in. I probably could have gotten by with the cheaper version and would have got that if I had done a little research but its not a big deal. The battery life sucks though and you will need the elite strap kit but knowing both of those things if I had it to do over, I would have gotten the cheaper quest and ordered the elite strap/external battery combo. Instead I bought the 256gb and the elite strap without the battery. I will end up buying the battery strap down the road I'm sure.

Quest 2
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best value for money VR set on the market! I would recommend spending the extra $100 for more storage. Graphics and tracking will blow you away. The build quality is excellent and the head is comfy to wear. Best of all, having no wires enhances the vr to the next level. Highly recommended!

Excellent device.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up. The VR is very crisp. The sound is very good. Overall I will recommend it. Connecting the device to my phone is a little bit slow during casting. I needed to get the bigger memory and its worth it for longer use. I can download games and apps. Some were free from the app store.
