    The product is phenomenal and so much fun, but the black cushion has detached from the unit and I don’t know what to do to fix it. I have only owned for 3 weeks.

    Great product, still takes time to adjust on the eyes. Needs elite strap I guess. Bought it to watch media/movies- works well. Image quality still needs improvement in future
