Terrible. Heavy on your head, Hurts your eyes. Not impressed. Battery life is bad

Purchases are pretty expensive. One thing I don’t like are the live games for kids. We recently had our 10 year old getting bullied and harassed by adults

I returned 2 of these because my kids *HS and College) don't want to live in ZuckVille. They are not interested in living in the unregulated world of a a deranged sociopath.

VR is addictive, and the game selection is growing. Occulus makes it easy, but my only complaint is screen resolution. Hope the next version gets a screen upgrade!

I like the headset but I am unable to purchase Any games because I can’t remember my PIN number and you can’t get in contact with any body from customer service. I still have not enjoyed any games.

My face or should I say eye space is too big for the product even with the lens in max spacing making the images burry at all times. That apart I love the concept and contents in the device

You must open your life up to this thing. Have to connect to your fb account and allow it access, must Bluetooth your phone to it and allow, it accesses/monitors home network activities. I REPEAT, NO ACCESS; NO USAGE!! If you rather not allow full access to your life; then you have to spend an extra 500 bux and subject yourself to an additional $180/yr access fee Find another alternative to scratch you vr itch.

Casting to chrome cast was worthless. Seperate wifi router tried with only quest 2, note 9 with meta app and chrome cast device on a clear wifi channel, TV still couldnt keep up. Computer was continuous dropouts with 6950xt and 5900 cpu. Beat Saber was fun, but too expensive for one game that I can't stream so the non-playing family members could watch.

The system is amazing and the games are great. The issue is the hardware. The right controller right perfectly for the first month but now it loses tracking constantly. We have tried all the fixed recommended by oculus but they don't help. Send a ticket to oculus via the headset but zero response yet. They are a lot of others with the same issue. research right controller tracking issue before purchasing.

Bought for a granddaughter and it caused dizziness and headaches. Have to return.

I got the Quest 2 in March and it worked well, but even after maintaining it and handling it with care it began having issues with it's guardian detection. It starts up without a guardian and aftee i turn it back on in settings and set up my playspace it shuts the guardian down and crashes whatever game I play. It's made cheaply and didn't even last three months with good care. I wouldn't recommend this product.

When I bought aVR I was told if I open a credit card I will get &100 gift card, I didn’t get its. I’m so disappointed.

We don't do much social media and this is the only way it would work. We would of had to create a Facebook page to use it. It didn't give us another option. So we returned it.

Love the device and software, however I got a bad unit and Oculus support has been very slow - has a support ticket in for 2 weeks, one week sine any communication on it.

256GB model is not really necessary from what I've found out, especially if using with your PC. Only down side is the Oculus is a little blurry and hard to get a sweet spot.

In order to get it comfortable for myself I had to purchase another headset to ensure that I would enjoy the experience. But overall the product is great and worth the purchase.

Takes you to a different world. Love it. I felt the resolution could be better, but I only used it once. I also see that the available apps are not too many. Great workout though!

Don't buy this version, use steam link so you can connect it to the computer and the few games you do buy will fit perfectly on the 64gb card like beat Saber and many others.

Would give higher rating if it were easier to use while wearing glasses. Tried ordering lenses but unfortunately my prescription couldn’t be fit for lenses. Bummed.

Kids like it. Terrible they don't have a family share plan for games across multiple systems. Also not happy they have to have a FB account. Would rather not, thank you.
