Fairly good. Seems like older technology especially since a FB account is required. A little overpriced for a plastic gaming device.

Awesome purchase! I bought this VR headset for my sons 14 bday and he loves it. It entertains him for hours!

I would not recommend this as you are forced to have a Facebook account. Focus is an issue they should have made each lens adjustable for focus on each eye. Disappointing for the money spent.

100 dollars extra for a name change from oculus to meta quest.... what a joke

Ordered this on 12/8/2020. Received an email on 12/8/2020 that it shipped. I kept watching the status through the tracking number and it kept saying “waiting to be picked up by USPS”. I chatted with Best Buy probably 5-7 times to check on it. Each time they assured me it would arrive by Christmas. Finally on December 22nd, my last chat with them, I told them I didn’t want it anymore (the shipping status still said waiting to be picked up). This was a present and it was extremely disappointing that Best Buy strung me along for weeks. It would have been more acceptable in any one of my chats if they could have said there was a possibility it may not arrive for Christmas. In addition they would not refund me until the 22nd was over. So I had to sit on this from my order date of 12/8 to 12/22 before receiving my money back when the original shipping date was 12/8. Knowing there were so many issues with UsPS they should have had back up plans with other carriers. This was handled very poorly and it was not a reflection on a single employee because each employee maintained the same stance, which is a reflection on the company as a whole. Never again will I order from Best Buy. Amazon it is.

Unclesr how to connect or the internet or to watch TV shows

No real instructions. Difficult to change account info. Very hard to order games. Head set uncomfortable

It's fine but I don't like that you have to connect to a Facebook account to use it. That being said it's a good value.

The Quest 2 is AWESOME but very upset that Oculus is giving away Asgard's Wrath to people that buy the quest from 11/20 and one on THEIR website..so basically making people return their sets to stores and buy them again from them. That is just beyond ridiculous and disrespectful to customers that supported them buying their products!

It is okay product. There are additional expense are attached to this. Then only you would be wearing it more comfortably.

The kids loved it for the hour or so that it functioned. The hand controls stopped functioning after that. We returned it.

My son had difficulty from the start getting Quest 2 to fit. He experienced vertigo and motion sickness upon use in games that required any sort of movement. Returned after minimal use. Quest did refund all game purchases due to lack of use and reasonable return.

The Oculus Quest 2 is a huge let down. The games are very expensive and only give you a couple hours of playtime per game. The battery runs out in 45 minutes. The social platforms (free) are full of sick people (Offensive, Bullying, Abuse of young children). This Metaverse is unsafe! Don't waste your money.

Bought two pair and both went out with black screen

After only a few months, the tracking starts to go faulty in the left controller, especially after playing games like Beat Saber. The left analog stick also started to go faulty. I have a group of about 5 friends, all of which are experiencing the exact same issues with their headsets. Customer support is being notoriously strict about using the warranty. I had to actually send in a video demonstrating the issue and despite clearly showing it, they are continuing to make me re-do troubleshooting steps that I already performed. I have never had any other company do this to me before when resolving an issue with a faulty product. It is obvious that at least one batch of these headsets had a manufacturing issue, and they want to blame everyone but themselves. I now have a lowered trust in Facebook and how they do business, and I now actively avoid their products. I was skeptical ever since they deleted the account of the guy who broke his neck playing VR. If the warranty doesn’t work out, I will be purchasing a different headset, possibly with full-body tracking.
