Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the immersive VR experience, ease of use, and high-quality graphics of the Quest 2 headset. Many cite the fun factor and ample storage as significant pluses. However, some users point to issues with battery life and potential motion sickness. A few also mention concerns about the headset's weight and head strap design.

    Disappointed

I’m very disappointed with how much it cost besides the warranty, that it doesn’t include a cable link for which not even the store associate didn’t say anything when I asked was there anything else I would need for this device. It was very disappointing when they open it up for Christmas and they couldn’t even play it.

Very fun to play, realistic. Only thing that they should do is have an oculus gift card to make buying games easier.

For the price you don’t get a whole lot of information about how to install and how to set up. Should’ve done a lot more research before I made my purchase. Broke one of my serious rules always do a lot of research before you make a big purchase. What was received as a gift is still not set up needs a huge investment in time and some money to get it set up and going.Somewhat disappointed

It's horribly uncomfortable unless you drop another hundred or so dollars on it. You have to be attached to Facebook, so if something happens to login or account your SOL. Playing games on this vs. the PSVR really shows it's pitfalls. It can't keep track of hand movements, so when playing Beat Saber or other games that require lots of hand and arm movement, you'll just lose Facebook doesn't offer giftcards, so gifting kids the ability to buy things on their own isn't possible. The Oculus is pointless. Just buy a PS then get the PSVR...it's the exact same cost when you factor in all the extra accessories you have to by just to make the Oculus Quest 2 workable

One should know this requires a Facebook account. I tried to delete Facebook recently and in the process they made clear I would no longer be able to use the Oculus. I bought this in December and have played maybe five times. I now regret my purchase.

I loved the Quest 1 but the Quest 2 already has a number of issues: 1 - The Android app doesn't allow you to pair the headset, even after updating it. You have to clear the app cache in order for the Quest 2 to appear (nothing tells you this unless you do a Google search and find other who have had the same issue). 2 - The left controller does not appear in VR even though it is paired and connected, and the battery level registers as 100%. (I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, but still no controller.) 3 - The audio sounds tinny, like there is no bass at all. 4 - Anything that should look black actually looks dark grey, apparently because they're using a cheaper form of display. 5 - Even the elite headstrap doesn't feel as secure as the Quest 1 basic headstrap. 6 - Anything white, like text, appears to have a streak of light coming off of it unless your viewing angle is perfect. If you are happy with the Quest 1, you might want to stick with it for now. It seems like there are a lot of issues to work out with the Quest 2.

This maybe awesome but for someone that has never had Facebook and dose not plan on getting it i think it is a shame that you need to have social media account in order to get past the set up of this. Returns this item halfway through the set up due to needing Facebook what a bummer.
