Graphic quality on some games is a little disappointing but overall, it works as advertised.

Pretty Cool! Games need to be better. Games length are not long enough as well.

I’m sure it’s great, but I didn’t realize you need to have a Facebook/meta account and I can’t in good conscience support a company that evil.

Facebook is the grinch that stole Christmas for my son. Could not sign up because his email was blocked; even using his phone was unable to setup account. Oculus support is overwhelmed with a backlog of tickets and unable to assist. Be aware that you are at the whims of facebook for access to your games and profile and they can turn it off for any or no reason at any time.

First time I ordered it, it was cancelled. I had to call to get my refund. The second time, they just lied about delivering it. I ordered Oculus Quest 2 devices. Total order worth $1,187.51. I forgot to put my apartment number in the order but it was marked delivered to the front door and I did not see anything. I called them the following day after the supposed delivery, I was told they will resend the packages but did not. I waited for weeks and then called them back again and was told this time around that a refund will be issued but I have not seen anything. It just like they are playing with me and just want to steal my money. I wonder how you can deliver to the front door when you don't know which apartment the package was going to. All the calls I've been making, there was not one email to show the correspondence. Like they are just trying to wear me out to give up.

This item was expensive as is everything obtaining to it! It no longer even is operable already! Occulus support told us its likely it was damaged in shipment! Now it's gotta be replaced! Rediculous item should have been better packaged to ship.

Would like a sooner appointment! Appointment is to far out!

***I WAS SCAMMED BY BEST BUY***. Paid for the Oculus Quest 2 256GB on December 3rd, was told it was coming from the warehouse, and to wait for an email, called Thursday December 10th, was told they wouldn't check if it came in for me, went to the store Friday -still no email- and was told it hadn't come in yet. On the next Wednesday was told my item was CANCELLED AND RETURNED!!! This was my sons Christmas present. Went to the store and the cashier said I **probably** DIDN"T PICK IT UP IN A TIMELY MANNER and that's why it was returned. I spoke to a manager, told him I only got one email that it was cancelled and returned, he said " What do you want me to tell you?!" NO EXPLANATION as to what really happened. No Christmas present for my child, because this was sold out everywhere else by that time. NOT SHOPPING AT BEST BUY AGAIN.
