The quest 2 is great, I own the HTC vive and the Rift S and the quest 2 just blows it away. The 1 star is for bestbuy customer service. I pre ordered over a month ago along with the elite strap w/ battery pack. They had the quest 2 ready however the battery strap was not. On top of that they cancelled my order for the battery strap trying to exchange it for the strap with out the battery. I told them that was wrong and since they cancelled they could not replace the order since the battery strap is sold out. Basically they said tuff luck and apologized. However this does not fix the fact that when I preordered it was supposed to arrive the same time and that they basically screwed me over in terms of getting the battery strap. Super upset with best buy customer service. Great product, shouldve preordered from another retailer.

I bought this for my daughter and the only way to open an account you must have a Facebook account which is not advisable for a 9 year old so now I am unable to return

Worst gaming device ever! Horrible online support. They never get back with you. I was logged out of my account and couldn't get back in. I reached out to online support which they never got back with me. Worst park is using your facebook to connect to the headset which is a horrible absolute horrible idea. I can no longer play my headset. Now im forced to return it. Its definitely not like other gaming systems where yout can just reset it and strart over if there is an issue. The system was glitchy at times. You reset it, you will definitely get locked out of your account and wont be able to use the headset again. Dumbest invetion ever.

Extremely dissatisfied with this product will be returning after having less than a month. There is a glitch in the system and games cannot be played. THERE IS NO SUPPORT OTHER THAN TO RETURN. May online reviews express similar issues its a 50/50 chance the device will work. Over priced poor quality game system offers no solution to downloading glitches. Very disappointed.

The concept is incredible and the technology behind it is pretty solid. After using the device for about 20 minutes it gets really hot. I also bought multiple games and unfortunately beat them all within 50 minutes each.

The screen quality is not there yet. Can only watch about 10-15 minutes and then it starts to hurt your eyes. It doesn’t work well with people who wear glasses either. My spouse wears glasses and really couldn’t enjoy it at all. For me, it just didn’t work out.

Wish I can provide a review but Best Buy has ruined the Christmas for my child. I purchased the item on 25 November and it has not arrived yet on 25 December. Best Buy sold me an item that they did not have on stock available and instead of let me know, so I can purchase the item elsewhere, they did not and sold me something that was unavailable. I have tried to contact it several times and the customer service representatives were unable to provide me with a solution. Best Buy stops ruining the Christmas, please if you do not have the items on hand at the time of the sale at least notify the people so we can have the chance to go and purchase it somewhere else. Stop with your FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and STOP RUINING CHRISTMAS!!!

Just opened this as it was an anniversary gift after purchasing it more than a month ago, and the unit setup easily enough but the unit has scratches on the lens so now it distracts when using this device.

Purchased specifically to use with flight simulation software that supports VR. After hours of trying to link the headset with PC and additional hours of phone conversations with Oculus, I finally learned that Oculus is having issues with Windows 11 and specifically the Intel Core i7-11700f processor. I returned the unit to Best Buy

Nice product, the app to load games is hard to navigate. Needs for options. I never had a Facebook account, never wanted a Facebook account but was forced to create an account just to be able to use the product

Delivered only cable instead and no headset. After 1 hour on phone while they figured out there mistake was told the headset would be shipped next day as it was now late afternoon. Next day turned into sometime in the next few weeks. Cannot cancel order yet Amazon can have it delivered to me same day. Same thinh happened to my mother's Christmas order that ruined her Christmas. Lesson learned either buy in store or order from Amazon as their delivery is 0 for 2 and they seem to say whatever you want to hear instead of being honest. I like Best Buy in person but do yourself a favor and make your online orders through a more competent online retailer like Amazon.

This thing is garbage. Got it for my son for Xmas played it about 30 min and then it became Insanely glitchy and defective, half the games won’t even work just says that the “stoped working” it also shuts off randomly without warning. Just everything goes black and then the system shuts off and then it won’t turn back on. Absolutely returning this first chance I get. What a waste and pain in the butt
