We definitely enjoyed playing with this and the technology is incredible. However, after only 1 hour of use, my daughter developed a horrible contact rash that required us to take her into a doctor and get a prescription for steroid ointment to treat it. She has been miserable for two days. We contacted oculus and this is a known complication that has happened to others and they didn’t have a disclaimer about it which is so disappointing. Needless to say we returned it. No matter how good the tech is, it isn’t worth her misery.

My son likes it and plays with it a lot. For me, the graphics are still medieval and not worth it. Not sure why this thing costs too much when there’s not a lot you can do with it. They need to improve the graphics and the response time.

Do not buy an Oculus! They are a lot of fun but their customer service is useless. My Facebook was hacked which locked me out of the Oculus. I’ve been trying for a month to get someone at Oculus to help. Multiple emails and no one has helped at all. I can’t find a phone number to contact Oculus or Facebook. My options are to sell them or start a new account and lose all the money that I’ve invested in games. I would rather buy from a company that will back up their problems and help when a problem happens.

The Headset quit powering up and wouldn't charge right after the 15 day return expired. We will see what happens when I try to return it to have it replaced.

Don’t waste your money it really not that great it’s hyped up for nothing it’s actually not that entertaining and gives you a headache

Air Link doesn’t work on Windows 11. There is never a discounted sale, the games 95% of the time are full price. Had to set 100GB partition on main drive to dual boot Windows 10 when I want to play

Bought 2 of them just over a month ago! One randomly got 2 white spots in the bottom right lense that are super distracting! No kids use, no drop or accident! Just turned on and they where there! Turned on my other one yesterday and to my surprise it had one in the middle of my left eye! Something has to be wrong with these and of course I'm out of the 30 day return policy (barely!) already spent hundreds of dollars on games and now I'm stuck with two headsets that have obvious white glare dots! Oculus has still been no help they said hard reset it. (done and didn't fix)

I loved the Oculus. Best Buy is the worst for returning defective items. I sent them back the exact Oculus they sent me via UPS and Best Buy said the serial number does not match the one they sent me. They sent it back to me. I took it back to a local store next and they gave me a credit on my MasterCard only for them to cancel the refund the next day. It has been a whole month since my initial claim and I still do not have a refund or my Oculus.

The changes they made where not enough to make me keep it. Not to mention that you need a FB in order to use it.

It was great for just over a month. One week after warranty ended, the right controller (rift) disconnected. We changed the batteries, un-paired, re-paired and finally it connected. It worked again for a few hours and disconnected again. This time we could not get it paired. Took it to BestBuy for help and they pointed out it was 9 days past warranty and they could not help. Cool toy but an expensive disappointment for my 11 year old. Not if, when it breaks, you are on your own....

It will be a year tomorrow when I bought the device and now the device will not turn on or charge.

part was broken and oculus will not replace it. bought as a Christmas gift and was told it not there fault. there customer service stinks

warning: Causes nausea. Was fun when I sat down and threw the ball or hit the ping pong ball but other stuff was really dumb especially the recreation room that had signs like everybody be nice to each other. F that liberal woke b*******. They're are the least accepting of all. Very uncomfortable on your head. Very vague introduction and instructions They're just stealing your eye movement for their robot inventions which are destroying the world. Help destroy America, vote Democrat

The plastic piece that sits against the face broke after 3 weeks. So discussed. Not even sure how to get a new one. The gaming is cool but it has to work and not break down.

Battery charge lasts only .5 hr paid over 400 not a good product for the price

I didnt purchese this my card was stolen by my cousin while i was incarserated. I would love to know why indentifcation or at the very least a copy of the card that was used for the paymenf? 425$ is a lof of money to spend at best buy considering me my husband and 4 children are homless due to us being laid off for covid 19 i would love a full refund. I already filed a report with the proper authorites however my account information has been changed because of this situation please contact me 3305411938

I would not recommend this product. I owned the Oculus VR headset you use your phone with and I enjoyed that. Bought a new phone and it was not compatible. I figured this was the latest things so I went with it. First, hard to use with glasses, so without it is somewhat blurry. second, too many things need to be paid for to use. Hardly any free stuff. Could not get it to cast to my Chrome TV or my Phone. No real instructions. The little that did work was decent.Thank God for YouTube. OVerall was not impressed.

Loved the game. Three weeks into having it, it stopped downloading games. Was told to reset and now i have no games. Im waitibg in tech support. Buy with caution.

Absolutely horrible, not only is this stupid expensive, but Facebook requires you to put all of your sensitive information on here. IF you don't they can LOCK the device. As soon as I noticed that, I returned this. DO NOT BUY!! Also Games or other things require a lot of money. If you do purchase this be prepared to spend a lot of money and loose all of your privacy.
