What can I say... It’s already returned. Within 4 days the unit froze in some bizarre reset menu. No option in the menu worked, no buttons (including power) worked. Oculus support totally clueless. Pointless exchange of emails for over a week. I found hundreds of posts online with the same issue and no known solution. Geek squad took one look at it and said: “We don’t have any procedures to troubleshoot. Full refund”. It was fun while lasted, unfortunately not for long. Will wait for better unit

I need your help I bought an oculus two at best buys and I went to return to get a new one because the controllers are not working and I have emailed oculus to fix and I have not had luck fixing and now best buy are telling me the serial number is not the same one that came in the box. I need your help please I wasted a lot of money on this and I know I'm not the only one this happened too.... make sure you open at the store and have them check for you. now I'm stuck

First day it worked amazingly! Then the screen went black unless it was plugged in. There is no customer service number! This company is ran by bots through email and its awful. Not only did I email but my husband had to as well because they closed my chat with resolving the issue. Thankfully I bought the geek squad protection on this so I know I'm covered for a bit but this is ridiculous. Look at the reviews on fb and that'll tell you everything you need to know!

This is awesome so crazy how realistic it is. The only downfall is that all the really good games you have to purchase.

Well, this isn't a review of the Quest 2, I haven't it yet. Apparently, it got lost in the mail. So, working with BB for a refund is not easy, especially if you use a gift card and CC. Man, you forget how easy refunds are with Amazon, until of course you need a refund from another company. You know, I want to support a company with a footprint in my community, but they make it hard, and frustrating. I promise not to use BB online for another purchase.

Quit working before I ever even got to use it! After I bought the Oculus, I tried it out and then put it up to decide what games I wanted to purchase. It ended up being 2 months before I ever got a chance to get back to it. Well guess what? Now it doesn't work and it's too late to take it back! I had it put up in a safe place. Nothing happened to it. It's just a piece of crap! That's my luck.

First of all they shipped the Oculus that only has 64GB, which isn’t the one I ordered. When I went to exchange it for the correct version. They are all out of stock so therefore your company said there’s nothing they can do at the moment. This is unacceptable I want what I paid for, so what can you do to make this right? I still haven’t open the box because it’s a Christmas gift. How long do I got to wait until I can exchange it?

Only 1 star b/c I never received my order.... it was a Christmas gift. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! I ordered this gift on Dec 2, by the 4th it had stated that it had already shipped and would be delivered on the 7th....well the order STILL states that it is in transit and arriving late..... this practice is apparently common with Best Buy, if you read other posts... shame on you Best Buy!

I recommend this to fitness and casual players graphics and Peripheral view definitely need improvements

When I tried to set it up the images were fuzzy even when I tried to focus it with or without glasses. I couldn’t get it to fit properly and it crushed my glasses. Painful to wear. All I wanted it for was to watch 3D videos and it wouldn’t even do that. This thing is for games, not VR videos. If you wear glasses, pass this up.

VR is not quite there yet. Lens is blurry on the sides and corners and clear only direct center. Also makes me nauseous when using it.

Definitely not what I expected. The graphics On some of the games were terrible!!

If you wear glasses this will not fit your face out of the box. Now I need to spend more time and money on prescription lens or something. I feel lied to and cheated. I have a $400 paper weight right now. Totally uncomfortable, small, and just sucks! They should specifically warn the customer about this.

This review is not about the product because I never received this product. It is about Best Buy and their service. UPS tracking shows that all merchandise was missing from the box at shipping origin point. I have used the chat feature on two separate occasions requesting follow up, reshipment, refund money (last resort as this was my daughters Christmas gift). Nothing done about this matter.

Works fine but I returned it. I own an Oculus Quest 1 and its not worth the upgrade, it just hasn't come that far yet.

Low resolution compared to rift s, titles that are partially (at best) developed. Not ready for widespread adoption.

Purchased this for Christmas for my son and one of the controllers won’t work. Returned it to Best Buy who said to hold onto it because they were on back order and they couldn’t replace it. Spoke to Geek Squad and they offered a suggestion on how to reset the system, but that didn’t work. So we are currently stuck with a $539 item that is unusable and can’t be replaced. I am not happy!

I really wanted to love this product, but I can't seem to get a clear picture. It's cloudy and blurry outside your direct line of sight. I bought the oculus fit package which includes a spacer for glasses and various faceplate widths. Nothing I've tried has improved clarity. Returning for refund.

Very little games to choose from for the expensive price. Not worth it.
