This has been going on for a while. This is consumer fraud and lies. in the Midwest it is 10 days or more before you see your oculus. It does not show up in the store for pick up on the day they advertise on the website.

The manager claimed to have him on tape, and banned my son from the store. It was clearly a case of mistaken identity, and handled poorly to say the least. Without a proper apology, I don’t intend on being a Best Buy customer any longer. Please contact me.

Which frankly makes it completely useless.

Shipped from NJ, received no updates for 10 days. Contacted usps, they finally found package in Austin,TX. It then went to San Antonio. From there it went to Columbus,OH. The latest status is in transit, will be late (duh). We're begining to believe it will never arrive.

But the setup and log on is cow dung, manure or dropping because you must use Facebook. Also, there is no support from Oculus or Face book. Before you buy this VR head set, check out the forums and blogs. What ever you do, DO NOT SET A SEPARATE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT FOR THE OCULUS.

I essentially spent 400 dollars for refurbished unit that I can’t use.

Ordered it the beginning of December and it was to be delivered by the 12th. The latest tracking update is from the 19th and it appears to be in Jacksonville, FL since then. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my daughter.
