This is a GAME CHANGER
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prior to purchasing the Oculus Quest 2 I had pretty much zero experience with VR. I've had the change to try it a few times, but both times (once in a Microsoft store, and another at a party) there was some kind of issue with the headset and they didn't fully work. These were first gen headsets at the time. Using VR for the first time is mind-blowing... You get super euphoric because it's such a true game changer (no pun intended)! The games you can download that is native to this headset are super fun.. I played Onward (FPS/COD type game) mostly, and a few of the social games like Rec Room.... but things changed after a few weeks of use. I learned I could connect to my VR capable gaming PC and have another ***WORLD*** of VR games to experience. Currently I've got over 100 hours of gameplay logged on Phasmaphobia. Enough of what I've been playing... Do yourself a favor, and get one of these. You won't be disappointed!

Fun to play!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Truly an immersive gaming experience, and I consider myself a causal gamer. I bought this for my kids, but I end up using it a lot more than anticipated. Don't like the fact you have link your Facebook account even if you have a separate Oculus account from before.

Great purchase
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for my son to help improve his baseball skills. It helped him with getting his timing down. Also have a lot more games you can purchase that is great. This is so realistic that we forget it’s just a game. Love it!

10/10 Honest Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve only got one thing to say…… it’s amazing! 10/10! For the start of a new evolution of gaming, this product is definitely a superior product. When paired with a computer to player higher quality games (if applicable) really showcases its strengths!

This is a enjoyment
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first and only VR experience. Got mine delivered really fast. I was able to set up everything with no problem and with ease. Truly a awesome experience to be in a virtual world. You actually forget that what you see isn't actually real. I found myself oftentimes carefully not bumping into the i.e. furniture in the virtual world when it was just space and nothingness outside of it. One of the coolest features I am stumped about is that if you leave a certain area that you have previously marked, the headset has a grayscale camera that reveals what's in front of you. This is extremely useful for safety measures as it alerts you if you stray too far from your marked territory. Absolutely love it! Also, the headset lasts for about two hours before you need to recharge if you're playing games nonstop.

Welcome to Wire free Virtual Reality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You want to get into VR? You want clarity? You want fun? The Oculus Quest 2 has it all and more. From the no screen door effect to just being wireless, you cannot go wrong with the Quest 2. If you have the funds, get the 256 gig model and if you have the PC that can game, then opt to get the Oculus Link cable as your Quest 2 can now become a PCVR headset. The new Oculus Touch controllers feel great and I have yet to lose any tracking and everything flows. There is also the Guardian System that you set up by drawing your boundaries your play area and will come on if you start to get near those boundaries. And since a lot of Oculus titles are cross-buy, meaning if you have an Oculus Rift/Rift S, you can play those titles directly from the Quest 2. When you add the ability of your hands being the controllers, along with some amazing titles and experiences, the Oculus Quest 2 is going to be a great headset for those beginners to experts.

Awesome Next Gen Gaming Platform
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All I can say is that I am completely blown away by how well put together, versatile and functional the Oculus Quest 2 is versus the HTC Vive Cosmos Elite system. Two great gaming libraries (Hint, 4 Star Wars games in the Steam and Oculus Rift Stores combied). AN the headset is light, not cumbersome... and for some reason, when I put it on... it fits just right, out of the box, and my vision, with glasses, adjusted properly. With the VIVE... I have to keep adjusting the focus... every time, during games, out of games... And the versatility of playing Oculus RIFT PC VR games from the store... on this device... via the seperately purchased USB-C cable (I would encourage ANYONE to watch a Youtube video or two and purchase a nice 3rd party cable for a fraction of the price) just expands the entire platform. THen once you have wireless Remote Desktop opened back up to your desktop PC.... whole new ball game...

The Oasis is Real!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HOLY CRAP!!! VR is finally here and affordable. I have been on the fence about buying into VR. Afraid it was a fad (3D TV's *cough) and the wow factor would wear off in a week and the unit would just sit in the corner collecting dust. I'm glad I jumped off that fence and got a Quest 2. The reason I chose the Quest is it's ability to be a stand alone unit yet, works perfectly fine with a USB-C 3.0 or higher cable (or if you're lucky enough to have good enough internet, you can use Virtual Desktop, to ditch the cable and run PCVR wirelessly.) You do need to have a some what decent computer. I'm currently running it with a relatively new gaming laptop and it runs decently. If you were like me, do yourself a favour and just buy it already. Take the plunge and see you in the Oasis! Pro-tip: Vive has a service called Viveport, that is kind of like Game Pass. Where you pay a monthly subscription and you can play as many games as you like.

Oculus Quest 2
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Christmas gift for teenagers. It is very another option from Oculus that you don’t have to connect with PC. The graphics is very good and I tried it myself... just feel so real and enjoy the games. Battery life last about 2-3 hrs without getting the extra battery.

Amazing device/experience!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing device! Only two unavoidable issues: 1) the weight on your face becomes an issue due to the length of time you are likely to enjoy the experience, and 2) the possibility of vertigo for folks who are prone to motion sickness.

Virtual Reality - Very Cool
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The VR experience is a vast step forward for gaming. But what is also great is the ability to use it to visit far off places in a virtual, 360 degree view. My only issue is the battery life is only about 2.5 hours. It also did not work when I took it to someone else's house, although it was connected to their wifi. Overall, it is a true advancement in technology, and it is fun, no doubt.

Amazing!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After playing with my brother's Rift VRH, my husband and I immediately started researching VR headsets. Considering we don't currently have a gaming PC, this was the best option out there for us, and it allows us to play with/against my brother and his family on various games. We've been enjoying it so much, I'm considering getting my own. The only downside right now is that not all of the apps are currently App-Sharing, so with games like Beat Saber, I'm going to have to purchase my own copy of the game plus all the add-on songs we already bought under my husband's account, so I can have my own scores. It does have a short battery life (about 2 hours) but we attached a mobile power bank to the oculus and stuck it in a back pocket for extra play time, and that worked. I also recommend the lightweight Quest 2 carrying case for basic storage/protection when not using it.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the Oculus because I can do a lot of things with it. I have rheumatoid arthritis so I can use the Oculus to keep moving. I also like games and I can do things that I a afraid of in real life, like riding a roller coaster.
