Essential comfort, essentially broken.

I have owned this for about two months so far, casual use mostly, nothing too intense. And this thing, like many have said, breaks super easily. I didn't notice any issues, then one day there was a crack nearly splitting through the whole right arm of the strap, and this is with less than three months of use. Facebook is aware of the problem and responded with extending the warranty on this product to two years. I'll be returning mine, but I expect that the replacement will break too. Shame on Facebook for engineering such a poor product.

Great strap, cracks, FB slow to replace

The good news? Facebook will replace them. The bad news? They are on back order so who knows when that will be. Over two months now waiting... aggravating.
