Certainly not BB fault, but don't think this is going to fix itself. Very nice while it is not broken. Not attempted a replacement yet. Will see how it goes

I take extremely good care of my headset, but have had two elite straps crack on the side. It's a known design flaw that leads me to be unable to recommend. Would be 5 stars otherwise.
